This information applies only to Customizable Campaign Influence and not to the original version of Campaign Influence.
Here are some examples of the custom report types that you can create to see how your campaigns are doing.
- Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities—reports which campaigns drove the most opportunities and had the best return on investment.
- Opportunities with Campaign Influence—reports how much your campaigns influenced your opportunities. Create a separate report for each influence model and add them to a dashboard so you can compare the results in each model.
- Contacts or Accounts with Campaign Influence—reports which contacts or accounts were influenced by campaigns.
