Salesforce customers get system performance and maintenance information from trust.salesforce.com. It reports performance information based on the instance your org is on. The instance your org uses appears in the browser’s address bar, unless you have set up My Domain. If you have followed best practice and set up My Domain, use the Domain lookup tool to get the instance.
|Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience|
|Available in: Performance, Unlimited, Enterprise, Developer, Professional, and Group Editions.|
|To set up a domain name:||“Customize Application”|
Here's how to get system status information using your domain name.
- Go to trust.salesforce.com where you can check the system status.
- Go to trust.salesforce.com/trust/domainLookupLaunch/ and enter your domain name in the search bar to get your instance.
Enter your domain name, not the full URL. For example, use yourDomain instead of https://yourDomain.my.salesforce.com/.
- Select All Instances Available, and look for the entry for your instance.
