With organization-wide email footers, you can let your users save time and apply common messaging to all emails sent from Salesforce. In just a few clicks, you can create, edit, assign defaults to, and deactivate the footers for your Salesforce org.

From Setup, enter Email Footers in the Quick Find box, then select Email Footers.
To create, edit, apply default status to, and deactivate organization-wide email footers, use the available options.
