Enable entitlements in your org to help support agents deliver the correct service level to your customers.

|To enable entitlements:||“Manage Entitlements”|
- From Setup, enter Entitlement Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Entitlement Settings.
- Select Enable Entitlement Management.
Click Save. This takes you to a page where you can customize entitlement management settings. You’ll come back to those settings later on in the entitlement management setup process.
