Install OmniScript Template DataPacks for Insurance

OmniScript templates control the look, feel, and some of the behavior of Insurance OmniScripts.

From the App Launcher, open OmniStudio Templates.
Click the down arrow, then select one of the templates listed below.
On the Select Items to Import window, click Next, then click Next again.
On the Import Complete window, click Activate Now.
On the Select Items to Activate window, view the list of templates to activate and make sure that everything is selected.

Tip
If you've customized any templates and want to continue using your custom versions, deselect those templates in this list.
Click Next, then click Done.
Repeat steps 2-6 for each template.
To make Insurance and Vlocity Health work, install these OmniScript template DataPacks:
- Install BaseUITemplates
- Install MobileUITemplates
- Install VlocityInsOSTemplates
