Use Default Templates in the Actionable Relationship Center for Insurance
Use preconfigured ARC graph templates to build relationship graphs for Insurance.

| To create an ARC Relationship Graph: | Financial Services Cloud Extension AND Customize Application |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then select Actionable Relationship Center.
- Click New Relationship Graph, and then click Default Templates.

Click Insurance Personal Lines or Insurance Commercial Lines.
The Insurance Personal Lines ARC graph is used for personal lines customers and contains nodes for contacts, insurance policies, and claims.
The Insurance Commercial Lines ARC graph is used for commercial lines customers and contains nodes for account members, related accounts, insurance policies, and account claims.
Note To set up and view the Insurance Commercial Lines template, you must allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts and enable the Use Many-to-Many Relationships Insurance Setting.SEE ALSO
