To complete setup, you need a Microsoft Office 365® account and help from your Office 365 global administrator to provide credentials for your company’s account.Connect Salesforce and Microsoft® Exchange Using an Exchange Service AccountTo connect Salesforce to your company’s Microsoft Exchange server using a service account, you and your Exchange administrator have to complete several steps, both from Salesforce and from your Exchange server.
