            Email Signatures

            Users can create custom email signatures for their newsletters and automated emails. Admins can customize signatures for any user.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            • Add Email Signatures
              Make sure that prospects have all your contact details and other relevant information in every message you send.
            • Insert an Email Signature
              Use variable tags to pull content, including sender signatures, into your email body. These tags work when you send from assigned and specific users. They don’t work when you send from a general user.
