          Edit Custom Media

          Admins can update or replace the audio file assigned to a custom media name at any time. This ensures that the caller experience remains up to date without needing to reconfigure the entire call flow.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To edit custom media:

          Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set.

          Learn how to view permissions in this permission set.

          1. From Setup, enter Voice in the Quick Find box, and select Media Management.
          2. In the Media Names tab, select one of the custom media and Edit.
          3. In the Media File section, select another media file URL from the Media File Library.
          4. Save the changes.
            The updated media is used in active flows.
