Brand Your Identity Experience
Create a branded identity experience by customizing the design of the pages users see when they log in to your site, verify their identity, reset passwords, and self-register.
Required Editions
| Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience |
| Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions |
After you implement your sites' identity processes, bring it all together with your own branded design. For example, you can change the colors of your background and login buttons, insert your own logos, and customize the layout of your pages. You can also change the branding of your pages based on who the user is and where they're logging in from. Depending on your site's needs, you can choose which settings apply to which pages, or create custom branding for each type of page.
For example, you're in charge of the Experience Cloud site for your coffee business. You want to create a branded experience by customizing the pages users see when they log in, verify their identity, reset passwords, and self-register. So you configure your pages to display your company's logo and set up a background image that shows the cozy atmosphere of your coffee shop. Now whenever existing users log in to your site, verify their identity, or reset passwords, they're presented with your logo and custom background image. And new users see your branded design when they self-register. Your branded identity experience makes the look and feel of your site memorable to your customers and keeps them coming back for more.
