Snap-in chat has the following limitations.

Limitations on the pre-chat form:
- Pre-chat automatically creates a case and links to an existing or new contact. However, this behavior is not configurable.
- The pre-chat form doesn’t validate fields
- You can’t configure the fields on the pre-chat form
The following Live Agent features aren’t supported in the snap-in chat beta. Don’t enable these features in the Live Agent Configuration, Button, and Deployment that you’re using with snap-in chat.
- Agent File Transfer
- Customer Idle Time-outs
- Chat Transfers
- Save Transcripts for Visitors
- Sensitive Data Rules
- Blocked Visitors
The snap-in chat window title uses the agent’s name (or a custom name) instead of the Live Agent Chat Window Title setting.
