Person accounts available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Contacts available in All Editions except Database.com
Leads available in: Groups, Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Different social networks are available in different Salesforce products. Review the social network availability information to ensure the network you’re trying to access is available in the product you’re using.
Click the social network icons in the header on account, contact, and lead detail pages to display the Social Viewer.
If no icons are visible, the Social Accounts, Contacts, and Leads feature may be disabled for your organization. Ask an administrator to enable the feature.
If a social network icon is missing, that social network may be turned off.
