Create a Support Case
Log a new case with support if you need certain permissions enabled or are experiencing technical difficulties.
Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning ExperienceAvailable in all editions
Log in to Salesforce, then go to the Help and Training page.
In the Contact Support section, click Create a Case.
Select your support topic and category.
For example, if your issue is related to Work.com, click Sales Cloud | Work.com.
Select a question that relates to your issue.
If you don’t find the solution to your problem, click Log a New Case.
Enter case details and click Submit.
NoteTo attach related files, click Attach a File after the case is created.
