Multiple Account Assignment rules will not work as expected
|Knowledge Article Number||000002362|
|Resolution||Normally, administrators might need to create multiple assignment rules hoping they will be evaluated with "OR" logic, so that if an Account doesn't meet the criteria of one assignment rule, the next rule will be evaluated.
However, the default behavior is that when there are more than one assignment rules in a single territory, they are evaluated with "AND" logic. This means that for an Account to be assigned to this territory, it needs to meet the criteria of all the assignment rules on that territory.
