I cannot include some custom fields on Case Report

Description

I created a case custom field but I cannot include on a Cases report. 

Resolution

Applies to Group and Professional editions.

This normally happens because the custom field is only available on the Close Case page layout. 

If you have a custom field that is only available on the Case Close Page layout, this field will be excluded from the available fields when creating a Case report.

If you want these fields to be available when creating a report, make sure that they are also visible on the Case Page Layout.
