Enable the AppExchange

The AppExchange is a generally available feature and can be enabled by Salesforce Support upon request. Prior to contacting Support, take a look at the following Help article:

Resolution

If you meet the requirements above, you can request that Salesforce Support enable it in your organization. Please contact Support by taking the following steps:

1. Have a System Administrator open a new case requesting "Appexchange Download" and "Appexchange Upload".
2. Include the Organization ID of the production or sandbox where you would like this enabled (Setup | Company Profile | Company Information).
3. Our Support team will review the request and take action accordingly. 


Good to know: Did you receive the error message "Appexchange is not enabled for your organization"? This could either mean you have Contact Manager edition (not available in this edition) or you don't have the "Download AppExchange Packages" permission in your profile. Please contact your internal System Administrator for questions.
