Why are the attachments on my email-to-case not getting attached to the created case record?

Resolution
When using email-to-case, attachments on emails will be captured and included in Salesforce.  The attachment will not be located in the Notes and Attachments related list on the Case object.  Attachments on Emails that are processed by Email to Case are shown on the Email in the "Email related list" on the Case object. This related list may need adding to the Case Page Layout.  Contact your Salesforce Administrator to ensure this list is visible to all users.
