Why am I getting 0 errors and 0 successes with Data Loader?

Resolution

The data loader will return 0 errors and 0 successes in the following scenarios:

* There is no batch size selected in the Data Loader settings.   (see screenshots below)

Navigate to "Settings | Settings" in Data Loader, and enter a "Batch size" value from anywhere between 1 and 200 (the batch size determines the increments in which records are acted upon in Data Loader. salesforce recommends using 100).
 
* The Data Loader setting "Start at row" is higher than the number of rows in the csv file.  (see screenshots below)
 
This is also controlled in the Data Loader settings. Navigate to "Settings | Settings" in Data Loader, and set the "Start at Row" value to "0".

* There are improperly formatted date or date/time columns within the csv file.  Please refer to "Data Types Supported by the Data Loader" in our Help & Training.

* Data storage is full or over 100%
