Why can't I find an account using the Mass Reassign Account Teams tool?

Description

When using the mass reassign account team wizard some account do not show even having read/write access to those accounts.

Resolution

To be able to Mass Reassign Account Teams a user must:

- Be the Account owner OR
- Be above the account owner on the Role Hierarchy

Without this the Account may not show up in the Mass Reassign Account Teams wizard.

Similarly for the Mass reassign Opportunity Teams also a user must

- Be the Account owner under which the particular opportunity is OR
- Be above the account owner on the Role Hierarchy under which the particular opportunity record is

Note: Ensure that when above the account owner on the Role Hierarchy you belong on the same branch in the hierarchy otherwise, the account would not show up.
