Insufficient privileges error when changing Account ownership of a Portal enabled account

Account Owner is unable to transfer an Account that has Customer Portal enabled to another user, however a System Administrator can.


This is expected behavior: When a customer portal account is being transferred, the role of any portal users is also changed. You cannot change a user's role without the manage users profile permission. So in order to transfer ownership of this account the user would need to have the manage users profile permission.


Edit Self-Service Users Permission will also work for transferring records
