How do I move or copy a document, report or email template into a folder?

Resolution

To move a report to a different folder:
 

METHOD A

1. Select the item to be moved from your reports list.

2. Click "Edit" next to the item.

3. Click "Report Properties" and you will have the option to change the report folder.

4. Click "Save".

METHOD B

1. Run the report

2. Click "Customize"

3. Click "Report Properties"

4. Select the new report folder

5. Click "Save" 

 

METHOD C

1. Left click on the report name on the right hand side paneand hold

2. Drag it over the custom folder on the right hand till you see the green tick mark icon. Then drop the report.


To move a document to a different folder:
 

1. Click "Edit Properties" in the document

2. Choose the desire folder

3. click "Save".



To move an email template to a different folder:
 

1. Click "Edit" in the email template

2. Choose the desire folder

3. click "Save".

Note: If you do not see the ability to select a folder your level of access to said folder may not be set appropriately.  See Managing Folders for more details on who can add to or modify the contents of a folder.
