Wondering what Success Plans are?  What happened to Basic, Premier and Premier Support + Administration? 

We’re adding online training to our Support services, and calling them Success Plans to reflect the combination of support and training.

What are Success Plans?

Great news!  We've added more benefits to your Salesforce Support subscription. 

, we've added online training to our Support services, and calling them Success Plans to reflect the combination of support and training:  

  • Basic Support is now Standard Success Plan
  • Premier Support is now Premier Success Plan
  • Premier Support + Administration is now Premier+ Success Plan

Current Support customers are entitled to all of the benefits of the corresponding Success Plan, at no additional cost.

 

Welcome to the new Premier

All Premier and Premier+ customers now receive training benefits:

  • Unlimited access to our entire online training catalog of more than 100 self-paced courses
  • Customizable training templates to use as building blocks for custom training
  • Premier Toolkit with role-based learning paths and sample training plans

 

How can I use my online training benefits?

Go to the Help portal by clicking “Help & Training” in the upper right hand corner of your Salesforce application or click on the following link to see the Training Catalog: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTTrainingCatalog . 

Note: If your Salesforce application language is not English, and you wish to view the online training, please contact the Premier support team to log a case to request an alternate access method.
