Why are there names listed within the hierarchy of my Activities or Opportunities Report?
|Knowledge Article Number||000004466|
When running a report on Activities or Opportunities a user is presented with a Role (or Territory) Hierarchy at the top of the report. This Hierarchy is designed to permit the user to "drill" into the distinct levels of the hierarchy and view the records at that level.
The hierarchy will also occasionally include the names of individual users located within the viewed node. These user's names can be drilled into just as the child nodes can be.
The User's names within the hierarchy are displayed when they are a member of the parent node and are the owner of one or more of the records displayed within the report.
If the individuals name is drilled into, it will show solely that user's records within the report.
