Why do I receive an email each time a Web-to-Lead record is created?

Each time a lead is created I receive a notification stating it was successful.  How do I stop the notifications?


If the default lead creator is receiving emails each time a new Web-to-Lead records is created, it's because the debug code in the HTML of your form has been uncommented.  The debug code in a standard web to lead form looks like this:

In order to resolve this issue, you will have to contact your web developer and have them either remove, or comment out the debug email from the source code in your web form(s).
