Description

I am unable to login with the Firefox browser, but I am able to login with any version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Resolution

I am unable to login with the Firefox browser, but I am able to login with any version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

The problem with an old cache file stored in your Mozilla Firefox browser.  In order to solve this issue please clear the cache file.  To do this follow these steps:

1) Open the Mozilla Firefox browser and click on Tools | Options.


2) Click on the Privacy FirefoxTab located under the Options window.


3) Click on the hyperlink named "clear all current history".


4)Check all the checkboxes. 


5)Click the Clean Now button.


6) Click the OK button, Close Mozilla Firefox and restart your browser.  You should have access through Mozilla Firefox now.
