Why are Contract expiration notifications not being sent out after extending the Contract?

Resolution

When creating and editing Contracts, users have the ability to set an expiration notice to the Contract owner.

It is possible to send multiple expiration notices from a single Contract.  However, only changing the expiration notice interval will not work to send a second notice after the original notice has already been triggered. 

If a user needs to send a second expiration notification,  the user must also change the "Contract term (months)" field to reset the end date on the Contract.  This change allows the process to pick-up the second contract notification when the expiration window lapses a second time.
