How do I change my organization's default locale?

Resolution

As a System Administrator, you can change your organization's default locale to reflect your organization's physical location. This will control how some information appears (i.e., numbers, dates, phone numbers, etc). To adjust your organization's default locale setting, follow the steps below:

 

1.      Click on:

 

a.       Setup | Administration Setup | Company Profile | Company Information.

 

2.      Click "Edit" and make necessary changes to your organization's locale.

 

3.      Click "Save".

 

Note: Keep in mind that you need to set your time zone setting to reflect any changes in locale.
