Salesforce Classic Reports tab shows but no reports can be found

This applies to both Mobile Lite & Full Mobile licences. If a mobile user is able to view the Mobile Reports tab but is not able to view the mobile reports or search for reports then it is most likely a profile permissions issue.


Have the salesforce system administrator confirm that the EXPORT REPORTS permission is checked for that affected user's profile. This is needed because the mobile client actually obtains and shares the Reporting data via the client as an exported flat file (CSV format).
