How do I change my reply to email address?


The personal email address that is used when users send emails from Salesforce comes from the Reply-To e-mail address that is entered in your "My Email Settings". Any replies to emails that are sent from Salesforce will be sent to that mailbox by default.

To change your Reply-To e-mail address:

1. Click on:

Setup | Personal Setup | Email | My E-mail Settings.

2. Update the Email Address (required field).

3. Click "Save".

There are also some system settings that control the from and reply addresses such as "Send Case Notifications from System Address" in support settings and "Deliverability Options" in setup.
