The email verification link has expired, how do I change my email address now?

Resolution

When you want to change your email address in salesforce.com you are required to verify your new email address. You will receive an email which specifies who is requested this change (the system admin, the user, etc), what change is being made, and it will ask to verify the change by clicking a link. This link expires 72 hours after the receipt of this email. To confirm your email address, you must click the link before it expires.

If you are not able to access the link before it expires, then your email address will not be changed. This original email verification is no longer valid. You will need to login to Salesforce and change your email address again. Once this change is made a second time, a new verification email will be sent to the new email address. You will then have 72 hours to access this new verification email. If this email expires, you will have to repeat the process until you are able to access the email before it expires.
