Connect for Office - Why can't I refresh my report?

I imported reports to several Excel worksheets and used the salesforce menu to refresh the report with 'Refresh Existing Reports...' or 'Refresh All Reports', now I cannot refresh one of the reports on a worksheet.  What happened?


Please check if you renamed your worksheet name in your Excel file. If you change the worksheet name after importing a salesforce report, it can lose the connection to a salesforce report.

In this is the case, the solution is to clear the data on the worksheet and import the report again.
