Why am I unable to view Cases?


If your organization-wide sharing default access for Cases is set to 'Private,' only the case owner, the owners' managers in the role hierarchy, system administrators and users profiles with the "View All" object permission on Cases will be able to view a case. Case owners will have read access to the accounts that their cases are associated with by default.

In addition, only users who have been added to a Case Queue will be able to access and take ownership of cases in the queue.
