Description To see the history of contacts you've added by uploading CSV files, go to My Account | Submissions. Your submission doesn't include contacts you added individually with Add Contacts.
Your history shows a summary of all the contacts you’ve submitted and all the points you’ve earned. You also see details of each file you’ve submitted—the file name and the date it was submitted, the file’s processing status, number of contacts you submitted, number of contacts added and updated, and points earned. 
Your file's status can be:
  • In Progress:  We’ve received your file and we’re working on it.
  • Pending Review:  We’re reviewing your file manually.
  • Completed: The file was accepted and your points awarded.
  • Error:  A problem prevented your file from processing. Try uploading it again.
  • File Rejected: Your file didn’t meet our data quality requirements. Be sure you provide business information that is accurate and up-to-date.
You receive points only for complete business contacts. A complete contact must include the person's first and last name, title, email address, phone, and company.
