How do I see what changes were made to a contact in the Connect database?


Resolution To view the history:
  1. Sign In to Connect
  2. Locate the contact in question and click to view the record
  3. Below the record click the tab Business Card History
  4. From the View picklist select either Last 90 Days or All Activity
The history includes:
  • Date the change was made
  • Version card
  • Action that was done. Major or Minor updates.
  • Description of what was changed on the record
  • Updated By Member who made the change
  • New Royalty Owner
Please Note:
*If you do not own the contact, you may not be able to view the history of the contact without purchasing it first.
