Why am I receiving the error No Available Portal when logging in as my partner or customer portal user?

Description

When I go to a portal user's Contact record and choose Work with Portal -> Login As Portal User, I receive the error "No available portal".

Resolution
This happens when the profile associated to the portal user is not available for use in the portal. To resolve this, you can do either of the following:
 
For partner portal: Navigate to <your name> - Setup - Customize - Partners - Settings and click on the portal name. Scroll to the Assigned Profiles section and add the profile associated with the portal user.
 
For customer portal: Navigate to <your name> - Setup - Customize - Customer Portal - Settings and click on the portal name. Scroll to the Assigned Profiles section and add the profile associated with the portal user.
