Blank screen or XML parsing error displays after clicking "Send Email"

Resolution

If you click "Send Email" on the ExtactTarget tab in Salesforce and receive a blank screen or an XML parsing error, disable the "Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated" setting in your organization.

 

1. Click Setup.
2. Under "Administer," select Security Controls | Session Settings.
3. Deselect Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated, then click Save.
4. Log out of Salesforce, then log in again.
