Data.com: Lead Assignment issues

Description Why is Data.com reassigning leads to a different user from the one who imported the record?
Resolution Data.com will respect all validation and workflow set up in your Salesforce, including Assignment rules. To keep Data.com imports with the importing user, you can add a line to your lead assignment rule that will not reassign Jigsaw sourced leads.
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Navigate to Customize | Leads | Assignment Rules
  3. Choose the active rule
  4. Click 'New'
  5. Sort order 1
  6. Criteria: Lead Source, equals, Jigsaw
  7. Check the box 'Do not reassign Owner'
  8. Save.
