Unable to login to CTI

|Description||Issue: Unable to login to a 3x or 4x CTI adapter with Username, Password and Extension|
|Resolution||First try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser you are using. If this doesn't help try opening up the Internet Options window by clicking on the icon in Control Panel, or by going to the Start Menu, All programs, Internet Explorer |Tools|Internet Options | Advanced Tab
On the Advanced tab click RESET, this will restore the default settings of your internet explorer Browser.
Now login using CTI username, password and extension.
