Sync error: "Your last sync failed due to a temporary programmatic usage limit. We'll attempt to sync again automatically"

Description When attempting to sync with Salesforce for Outlook (if syncing recurrent events), the process will be done through API call; this means that the sync process will count towards your API limit.  For more information about the API limits see: API Usage Limits.


Once you reach your API limit, the sync process will failed with error message: Your last sync failed due to a temporary programmatic usage limit. We'll attempt to sync again automatically

Resolution This error message is temporal and completely related to the API usage, so this means that once your API usage is reset to zero, you will be able to sync again.  However if this is a common error, we suggest to contact your Account Executive to increase your API limit.
