Why do I get an error when trying to log in to Connect for Offline?

Description When I try to log in to Connect for Offline I get an Internal Server Error message. 
Resolution Connect for Offline is available as a 30 day trial. When you download the application and sign in for the first time, the trial period begins. After 30 days, access to the application will be locked and you will see an Internal Server Error message when logging in.

If you want use Connect for Offline after the 30 day trial, contact your Account Executive for information on how to purchase Connect for Offline licenses or possible extension.
