Email Service Address- Sandbox

Why aren't there any Email Service Addresses in my newly refreshed Sandbox for Email to Case ?

Resolution REASON:

The Email Service Addresses in the Email to Case section are unique for each specific instances of Salesforce. When Sandbox is refreshed they have to be enabled and created manually again

Salesforce Administrator will need to generate the Email to Case Service Address again.

To do this, Salesforce Administrator needs to login and click on Setup | Customize | Cases | Email to Case and configure it. This will generate the new Service Address. For more information on On-Demand Email to Case, please refer: Set Up On-Demand Email-to-Case

** Sandbox Email to Case Service Addresses will always include .sandbox in the domain part.
