Radian6 - Engagement Console - Stacks

Description Stacks are lists of social media posts that have been captured from your Radian6 Topic Profiles, personal or corporate Twitter, Salesforce Chatter, Facebook and Facebook Fan Pages. Within the individual stacks you will be able to engage with your customers through various posting options.
Resolution Along the top of the Engagement Console, you will see icons for seven different kinds of stacks.

The seven types of stacks are:

Topic Stack:
The Radian6 Topic Stack allows you to access the data captured by your specified Topic Profile. There are various filtering options available, plus you will be able to monitor posts, engage with them directly and apply workflow.  The posts from the last four days will be reflected by default unless you use the Select Date Range option.

My Tasks:
A My Tasks stack is like an inbox of tasks. All tasks assigned to you through Workflow functionality are displayed in this stack, regardless of the Topic Profile you select in the Topic Profile drop-down.  You will see all posts assigned to you with an open status with no restricted time frame.

Twitter Stacks are independent of Radian6 and contain posts from your personal or corporate Twitter account. Use the Engagement Console to send Tweets, shorten URLs automatically, view mentions, direct messages and Tweets from those you follow. Twitter users can organize others into groups, or lists. When you select to view a list, you'll see a stream of Tweets from all the users included in that group. The Twitter stack will display content from the last 4 days and you can have multiple twitter accounts added at one time.

 Managed Accounts:
Managed accounts are available for Facebook and Twitter. Managed accounts are designed to facilitate easier collaboration between team members, helping you to communicate more effectively with your fans and followers.  

  • Twitter Managed Accounts stacks allow users to complete Workflow and reporting on Direct Messages and Tweets brought in by your Twitter account. 
  • Facebook Managed Accounts stacks allow users to complete workflow and reporting on Posts, Comments, Replies, Sent Inbox Messages, and Received Inbox Messages. 
 Managed Accounts can help enhance your engagement on Twitter and Facebook. For more information on Twitter or Facebook Managed Accounts, please speak to your Account Representative.

Facebook Stacks are independent of Radian6 and contain posts from your personal Facebook account. You can view and interact with the posts just as you would in, as well as view the two highest ranked comments.

Facebook Fan Pages:

You need to be an administrator for the Page and ensure you have the appropriate Facebook account connected in the Engagement Console to manage a Facebook Fan Page from a Stack. However, once connected you can complete administrator work on your pages though the Radian6 Engagement Console. Fan Pages are intended to maintain long-term relationships with product/service fans and can be useful for reputation management. These are public pages, so anyone can like a Facebook Page without requiring permission.

Salesforce Chatter:
Salesforce Chatter is a company specific social messaging system that can be used for both internal and external communication with employees and customers. By having your Chatter account within your Engagement Console, you’ll be able to connect with your employee and customer communities directly.
