|Description||Sometimes, Email logs may not be delivered because of an error and you are requested to try again.
Error Description: "We can't deliver your logs because of an error. Try searching again."
|Resolution||The reason this error is thrown, is because the process to retrieve the logs, was taking too long to return the data thereby processing your log to an error.
The solution to this issue is by reducing the time duration of the requested email logs.
For example: If you are requesting email logs 'between 4/4/2013, 8:27 AM - 4/9/2013, 9:00 PM' and this error shows up, try reducing the duration by a day or two. This reduces the data that needs to be returned and the logs will generate without the error. Once you are able to retrieve the log, you should be able to request logs for the remainder of the days as well.
