Can you change a particular IP address once email relay has been set up?

|Description||Once an Email Relay has been set up with a particular IP Address is it possible for this to be changed?
If so, how would such a change be facilitated?
|Resolution||You can change the address on the fly in salesforce. Recommendation here is to use a FQDN that has 2 mx records associated to it. Then it allows us to relay to another machine if one goes down. It adds redundancy that is not obviously available when setting up email relay.|
