Why am I not receiving the Chatter Daily Digest email?

Description User has configured Chatter daily emails. Records and groups they are following have updates yet they don't receive any emails.
 
Resolution

If you are sure you should be getting the Chatter daily emails because either you were @mentioned, a group/record/person you are following has updates yet you don't receive any emails, it's possible that these emails are being cached by your company's spam filter.

We recommend you whitelist Salesforce IP addresses seen below:

- 96.43.144.64 to 96.43.144.65
- 96.43.148.64 to 96.43.148.65
- 182.50.78.64 to 182.50.78.79
- 204.14.232.64 to 204.14.232.79
- 204.14.234.64 to 204.14.234.79

After whitelisting these addresses, you should receive the Chatter daily digest emails.
