Password Reset Email Templates

Description When a System Administrator resets a password of a User from the User record page (User detail page), an email is sent to the User containing a link to create a new password. 
When the password is reset this way, the email that is sent out to User contains the email address of the System Administrator who performed password reset. At this time, it is not possible to customize/modify the template for password reset.
Resolution If you do not want your end Users to see the administrators direct email address, you will need to use one of the following workaround:
  1. Have the User reset their password from the login page using the 'Forgot your password?' link. This will send out an email with the link to reset their password, if the issue still persists they must contact their administrator.
  2. Have a separate User for technical support/password resets that has a generic internal support email address or a no reply address listed. With this in place, you would want to have all administrators login under this User to perform any password resets for your end Users.
