Manage Users in Radian6

Description
A Super User is the main Administrator for a Radian6 client account. Every account has at least one defined Super User who can add, remove and change users in their environment, outlined below. 
Resolution


Add new Users


Super Users have the ability to add new Users to their Radian6 accounts within the User license range as defined in their contract. 
 
1. Login to login.radian6.com
2. Go to the Configuration section.
3. Click Client Details.
4. Ensure you're viewing the "List All Users" view. 
5. Click 
Add New User.
6. Define the Display Name (E.g. "First Name Last Name").
7. Define the Email Address (It must be a valid email address).
8. Define the Username (Typically the email address is also used in this field).
9. Select the User Role
10. Click Add User
 
An email will be sent to the new User's email address with a clickable link that will enable them to create their password
 

Deactivate User Accounts
 

1. Login to login.radian6.com
2. Go to the Configuration section.
3. Click Client Details
4. Ensure you're viewing the "List All Users" view.
5. Select the User you wish to deactivate from the list of available Users. 
6. Click Edit User.
7. Uncheck the Enabled checkbox. 
8. Click Done.

This will immediately prevent the User from logging in to any Radian6 platform. 
 

Change User Roles
 

1. Login to login.radian6.com
2. Go to the Configuration section.
3. Click Client Details
4. Ensure you're viewing the "List All Users" view.
5. Select the User you wish to deactivate from the list of available Users. 
6. Click Edit User.
7. From the User Role drop down box, select the Role.
8. Click Done
