Description Are we able to change the order of the Summary Formulas that we have created in a report?
Resolution When creating a custom summary formula in a summary report, the formula columns show at the end of the report in the order you created them.

To ensure that the columns are shown in the order needed, you would want to create them in that specific order, as they are unable to be moved.
