Salesforce has lost access to your Facebook account. Sign out of Facebook, then sign in again to restore access.

|Description||When clicking on the Facebook button on a contact and trying to search for an email address you will see the error "Salesforce has lost access to your Facebook account. Sign out of Facebook, then sign in again to restore access." When trying to login again and performing the same search this will produce the same error.
This is because of a known issue in the way that Facebook searches for users and they have confirmed that the ability to search by email address was removed. They have noted this on their known issue site which can be tracked here:
|Resolution||At this time there is not a workaround for this issue. You will need to search for your customers using their name.|
