The Salesforce Success Community is an online portal where you can access help, give feedback, ask questions, and collaborate with Salesforce, partners, product specialists, employees and other customers.
Although Support is your primary channel for assistance when you encounter a problem, error or serious issue, the Success Community is a valuable forum to get best practice advice and ask “how to” questions.
Each section of the Success Community offers different resources to help you:
Review a list of product defects, workarounds for them, and their scheduled fix dates (subject to our 'Safe Harbor' statement)
The Success Community offers several groups that are moderated by Salesforce via the Collaboration portal. These groups are designed to help you get up to speed faster, build adoption, and ensure you get the latest news on product updates and new releases.
